Condition of outside packaging (e.g. holes, rips, tears, indentations, etc.) on time of delivery.
Where the shipment was unloaded (curbside, garage, inside the house, etc.)
When and where did you detect damage (e.g. on the street, inside the house, during assembling process)?
Did you note any issues with the outside packaging on the Delivery Receipt?
What kind of damage / defect (broken part, damaged glass, finishing issue, etc.)?
