Home Furniture Mart operates in a large distribution facility in Los Angeles, California. Unlike all other Internet Furniture Stores, Home Furniture Mart does not drop ship. This ensures superior quality control and much quicker delivery times. All items are carefully inspected and repackaged for transport to all areas of the country. Most of the furniture manufacturers do not understand and not specialize in shipping furniture to residential areas. With our own facility, we can ensure safety packaging on each shipment.

Our goal is to make sure you get your delivery safely. We work very hard to provide the extra packaging you see photographed here, or other packaging methods designed to get you your new furniture safely. All merchandise is inspected prior to shipping. All orders are shipped with extra re-enforced cardboard corner protection, banded with heavy-duty straps, shrink-wrapped and palletized.

Our staff is full trained to offer any assistance to help you. Our excellent packaging and shipping experience reduces the chances of damage. However, in the event of damage please save all original packaging and notify us and the shipping company immediately. If the product is refused and damage is noted on the delivery receipt; we will send free replacement parts to correct the problem, or issue a pickup to replace the product at our discretion.
