Magnussen Home Vellasca Collection

Inspired by classic Italian design, the Vellasca Collection is filled with intricately designed embellishments and heavy ornamentation. The drawers have ball bearing metal side guards with French dovetail construction in front, English in back, and the collection sits on carved ball feet. Crafted from ebonized cathedral cherry, in lustrous deep brown tones, with a tall arched, heavily detailed headboard with ivy accents, and carved posts with turned finials, the bed is anchored by the arched, detailed footboard, sculptured legs and square feet. The dresser has nine drawers, antique brass hardware, and sculptured end posts. The included matching mirror has a stepped and arched top, with a carved acanthus leaf centerpiece. The nightstand has two large drawers.
